Shipping Info - FAST, SAME-DAY SHIPPING
At Performancegear.com, we strive to pick, pack, and ship your order the same business day. Same-day shipping is available Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders received before 2 pm CT will ship same day. Orders received after 2 pm CT will ship the next business day.

Once an order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to notify that the order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date.
We use UPS and USPS to provide you with the most reliable delivery service. If you have any questions regarding shipping, you can always contact a Customer Service Representative by email at info@performancegear.com or phone 888-571-GEAR Monday Friday, 9:30 am 4:30 pm CT.
Additional Shipping Charges
Oversize packages and packages to remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. A customer service agent will contact you via phone or email with any additional shipping charges.
Daily Shipping Schedule
To find out when you will receive an order, please read these important daily shipping guidelines.
Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
If you place your order Friday after 2:00 P.M. CST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning.
If you place your order on a holiday that falls on a business day, your order will not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping Orgin
All products featured on performancegear.com will ship via UPS or US Postal Service directly from the performancegear.com warehouse in Chicago, IL.
PO Boxes, APO, FPO & AE Addresses
We will gladly ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO & AE addresses via US Postal ground service. To place an order online, select the item you wish to purchase and click ADD TO CART and then CHECKOUT. When you have filled out the information on the Order Form, simply select "Ground " from the shipping menu. USPS service takes approximatley 7-14 days for delivery. We regret to inform you that there is no express delivery to APO/FPO/AE addresses.
Hawaii & Alaska Express
Orders that ship to Hawaii or Alaska may ship only via our Express service and will arrive in 2-3 working days.
International Shipping
We regret that we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the United States of America. Please check back with us, as we are working on a secure method of handling international orders and will be reinstituting that service later in the year.
Backorder Status
Although performancegear.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation.
Performancegear.com will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready.
